 We are living in a mad world...  

 91% of women are unhappy with their bodies and 80% of women feel insecure when they look at the perfect body image the media installed for us. There are hundreds of diets, and I’m sure you’ve tried at least one of them and in the end it didn’t work long-term.  

 How many times did you go to the beach and felt uncomfortable in your own skin? This only a figment of the amount of stress we are subjected to daily. No wonder most of us go through annoying PMS symptoms, heavy periods, poor sleep quality, low energy levels, and in more serious cases PCOS, endometriosis, and the list goes on.  

We are running around to find happiness and all we do is find ourselves in a more stressful unhappy place. 

There is a certain pressure to look and feel a certain way, am I right? And I am 100% sure this isn’t the first page you’re reading about how to feel and look better. You are here because you are looking for change! What happened with the other things you have tried? Diet was too strict? You hated meditation? No energy to hit the gym? Also, how long did the changes last? A month or two?  

What if I told you there is a different way to achieve your goals, one that will set you up for a carefree life? It’s all based on your UNIQUE NEEDS. Most programs/diets/techniques out there are built for the masses, and finding one that fits your specific makeup is extremely annoying and energy consuming!  

But who am I to tell you what to do? 

Heya, I am Alexandra! Like most of you I’ve been stressed about the way I look, the way I feel, and how far ahead I am on my dreams and goals.  

I’ve never been obese, and still I was bullied about my weight (by my own mom, actually, although I know she wanted what’s best for me and had no clue how it would affect me), and always compared to others.  

I started over countless times, looking for a miracle diet or workout to get me to the desired body (which was in fact an unobtainable image) thinking that would make me happy. Fast forward 5 years, I was 23, fit, at my weight goal, and sad, because I was missing something, felt like I was drowning in responsibilities. I figured out how to manage my weight, but not my stress. Little did I know that stress and overthinking would turn my life upside down. In the years that followed I got my Health Coaching Degree from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York (biggest nutrition school in the world) and studied nutrition at the University of Vienna. I started working with women 3 years ago and noticed that Hey! I’m not alone in this! 

  I’ve always liked to give back, to help people, and I know I am in the right place, here, sharing my knowledge with you. I learned that each of us is UNIQUE and this is the main reason why other programs don’t work. Balance is key on all fronts!

1.Why should I trust you? 

I am a certified Health Coach and I’ve been working for women for 4 years now. There are no strict diets, or difficult exercise routines. I will be guiding you to achieve the best possible results in these 12 weeks and your input is very precious in this process. My philosophy is that small smart changes regarding your habits will have amazing results, and once implemented they will set you up on a healthy path for the rest of your life.  

2. How will this work?  

After the payment we will schedule our first 1-1 meeting where we’ll discuss your health history, where you are right now, where you’d like to be, set goals and give you the tools needed to achieve them. This program is tailor made for your needs, each member of the group has their own set of advice, goals and dreams. After this we will have our first group meeting where we’ll set the schedule for the next 2 weeks (habits to implement, challenges, exercise routines) and I will answer all your questions. Before each group meeting I will ask you for an email with your progress, what worked, and then, live, I will answer all your questions and set you up for your next target. 3. How can I be sure this will work for me?  

I will be honest with you. It might not! If you don’t want to be healthier, to know how to manage your stress level, to feel good in your own skin, this program will not work for you! If you’re not ready to put in the work, and be open to change, you might fail. However, if you feel like you’re ready to change for the better, there will be nothing stopping you.
