Baked Chicken Thighs Moroccan Edition

This is a recipe for the chicken haters out there who want to introduce it to their diet. Due to an excesive amount of delicious spices, this dish won’t remind you of the boring chicken.

For 2 portions:
*3-4 chicken thighs with or without bone
*4 garlic cloves cut in half
*15 cherry tomatoes
*1/2 head cauliflower
*4 tbsp olive oil
*1tsp cumin
*1tsp paprika
*1tsp coriander
*1/2tsp cinnamon

Pre-heat the oven at 180C. Make little pockets in the thighs with a knife and put in the garlic cloves, then spread the spices on each of them. To make it easier just mix the spices together first. In a frying pan over high heat fry the chicken on each side for about 2 minutes until it catches some color. In a pan put the chicken, tomatoes, and cauliflower and just spread the olive oil from the frying pan over them. Bake for about 30 minute and dinner is ready!
